About the role
JTI is seeking a Sales Associate based in Marrakech to support the Regional Business Development Manager and collaborate closely with distributor supervisors and the JTI Field Force.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage sales KPIs to meet targets and objectives.
- Monitor warehouse stock availability.
- Coordinate recruitment, creation, and activation of point‑of‑sale (POS) materials in line with regional coverage strategy.
- Provide coaching and support to distributor field forces through field visits.
- Maintain a consistent field presence and report regularly on field activities.
- Develop and follow up on tactical plans to achieve regional goals.
- Deliver regular reports on regional sales and distribution performance to management.
Required profile
- BTS or bachelor’s degree.
- Previous internship or one‑year experience in FMCG.
- Fluent in Arabic and French, intermediate English.
Required skills
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
