Sales Development Representative – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for a thriving Manchester‑based property agency. You will drive the growth of residential and commercial portfolios by qualifying high‑intent leads and delivering a world‑class first interaction for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all inbound phone calls and digital enquiries professionally.
• Manage and respond to listing leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and SpareRoom.
• Qualify prospects to determine needs and urgency before booking viewings, valuations or consultations.
• Maintain the team’s Google Calendar and schedule appointments accurately.
• Keep a structured CRM, segmenting leads into Hot, Warm and Cold categories.
• Proactively follow up with unconverted opportunities and re‑engage dormant leads.
• Support email and SMS nurturing campaigns for property investors and professionals.
• Track and report on pipeline performance to ensure no enquiries are missed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead qualification and appointment setting.
• Previous experience within the real‑estate or property industry.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
