Sales Development Representative (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing B2B SaaS startup that operates in the growth‑engineering space. The role is fully remote, part‑time and focuses on high‑volume outbound cold‑calling to senior technology decision‑makers across European markets.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospects throughout Europe.
- Book 1‑2 qualified meetings per day with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT and other senior stakeholders.
- Qualify prospects, identify strong‑fit sales opportunities and feed insights back to the team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs and pipeline updates.
- Help refine outbound messaging and sales pitches based on prospect feedback.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cold‑calling, outbound sales or SDR/BDR roles.
- Demonstrated success selling into EU markets, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology solutions.
- Comfortable engaging senior‑level decision‑makers and handling objections.
- Ability to consistently book 1‑2 qualified meetings per day in a target‑driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a CRM system.
