Sales Director

About the role

HiTHIUM, a leading manufacturer of stationary energy storage solutions, is looking for a dynamic Sales Director to lead its sales efforts across the MEA region. The role combines strategic planning, brand development, and customer relationship management to drive growth in the battery energy storage market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the MEA region while achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance brand awareness and represent the company at trade shows and events.
• Maintain and expand relationships with regional entities and customers, overseeing contract execution, PO placement, delivery, and training.
• Monitor industry trends and provide market intelligence to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of sales experience in the energy industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the electrical and electronics manufacturing market, especially Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), with a robust network of industry contacts.
• Excellent communication skills with a client‑facing approach.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
