About the role

The company is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive B2B industrial solutions across North Africa. This role combines technical knowledge with sales expertise to expand market presence and support distributor networks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy across North Africa.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Manage and support distributors and business partners to achieve sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer consultations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial or technical solutions.
• Experience working with distributors and channel partners.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to travel frequently across North Africa.
