Sales Executive – International Immigration Consulting

About the role

We are expanding our team in Casablanca and are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth for our international immigration consulting services. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through eligibility assessments and the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital prospecting, and events.
• Conduct initial consultations to evaluate client needs and eligibility for immigration programs.
• Advise and support clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maintain satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and produce regular sales activity reports.
• Represent the company at public events, exhibitions, and information sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles.
• Experience in services, consulting, immigration, or financial services is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French; English is an advantage.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet targets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
