Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will be based in Casablanca and will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of supermarket, retail and HORECA accounts within the FMCG, food and beverage sectors. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers regularly to present product ranges and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Process orders, coordinate with logistics and finance teams, and ensure timely delivery and payment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts and account plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise promotional activities and enhance customer service.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation experience in FMCG, food or beverage distribution.
• Familiarity with supermarket, retail and HORECA channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
