Sales Executive – Specialty Partners (Rabat)

About the role
As a Sales Executive at Glovo you will be on the front lines of growth in Morocco, responsible for identifying, pitching and signing up the best local specialty partners such as bakeries, butcheries and confectioneries. You will act as a key representative of the sales team and help drive the city’s success on the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Seal partnerships with top specialty partners while aligning with company goals.
- Own Glovo’s revenue in the market and ensure each deal meets profitability targets.
- Build long‑term relationships and manage a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
- Maintain a daily updated pipeline focused on specialty partners.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions to share best practices.
- Conduct field visits to prospect, pitch, negotiate and close deals.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food or restaurant sector.
- Professional fluency in the local language, English and French.
- Hunter mentality with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
