About the role
Join Eaton’s Electrical sector as the owner of the EMEA sales incentive strategy, execution and governance. You will align incentive plans with business performance and behavioural objectives while supporting a global, inclusive culture.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the EMEA sales incentive strategy, execution and governance for the Electrical sector.
- Design, analyse and optimise incentive plans, aligning them with business performance and behavioural objectives.
- Maintain central ownership of incentive policies, templates and deployment processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track incentive performance against targets and provide actionable insights to sales leadership and finance.
- Act as change agent, delivering training, communication and digital tool proposals to improve adoption of incentive plans across sales, HR and finance.
- Collaborate with sales leaders, HR, finance, legal and global counterparts to ensure regional alignment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales incentive management, sales operations or commercial excellence.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
- Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages a plus.
- Experience in the electrical industry or complex B2B sales environments preferred.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI or equivalent data‑visualisation tools.
