Sales Manager – English Language & Testing Services

About the role

Under the supervision of the Country Director, the Sales Manager will drive corporate and individual enrollment for Amideast’s English language courses and testing solutions across Rabat and the wider Moroccan market. The role combines prospecting, relationship management and revenue growth for both on‑site and virtual offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, visits and networking with enterprises, ministries, universities and NGOs.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships to achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Forecast sales volumes, set quotas for different sectors and monitor market trends, pricing and competition.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the Country Director and the Casablanca General Office Manager.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance and senior management on pricing, billing and payment collection.
• Represent Amideast at conferences, fairs and industry events.
• Provide market feedback and contribute ideas for product development and strategic marketing.

Required profile

• University degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, language services or testing products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan corporate and academic landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
