Sales Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Rabat is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support sales strategies, drive business growth and profitability, and act as a brand ambassador for this luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Support the hotel’s sales strategies and assist the Director of Sales in achieving growth and profitability targets.
• Assist in developing the annual marketing plan and budget, review market analysis and identify client needs.
• Foster communication with Worldwide Sales Offices and enhance the hotel’s community image.
• Implement sales goals and incentive programs, coordinating special sales activities, promotions, trips and trade shows.
• Manage key accounts, develop new relationships and maximize sales to grow market share.

Required profile

• Well‑connected with a strong presence in hospitality, travel and luxury sectors.
• Pre‑opening experience preferred; strategic, proactive and results‑driven.
• Creative in developing sales and marketing solutions with a proven track record of success.
• Strong sense of quality, eye for detail, collaborative nature and passion for talent development.
• Exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills; fluent in French, Arabic and English; eligible to work in Morocco.
