About the role
Aligntech International is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to spearhead its expansion into Morocco and Kenya. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering revenue growth in the security and low‑voltage technology sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and growth of Aligntech’s operations in Morocco and Kenya.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with system integrators, distributors, consultants, and end‑customers.
- Design and execute market entry, business development, and sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on competitors, trends, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver effective solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales, business development or channel management experience in security, surveillance, ELV or technology distribution.
- Proven experience in African markets, preferably Morocco and/or Kenya.
- Strong network within the security, surveillance, ELV or ICT ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, build new markets and drive growth.
- Willingness to travel as required.
