About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Sales Operation Associate who speaks German fluently to support its sales team in Casablanca. You will ensure that customer, lead, and sales activity data are accurately captured and maintained in the CRM system while providing essential administrative assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, organize, and maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team, including document preparation and data reporting.
- Handle vendor requests and resolve issues related to orders, ensuring smooth procurement processes.
Required profile
- Fluent German (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate across departments.
