Sales Operations Associate (English Speaker)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Associate who will support the sales team by ensuring accurate data management and handling vendor interactions. The role is based in Casablanca and requires strong English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and reporting.
• Handle vendor requests and resolve issues related to orders.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate with other departments.
