Sales Operations Associate

About the role

The Sales Operations Associate works within the Customer Experience Team to execute daily operational tasks in a global environment. The role ensures smooth order processing, backlog management, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet customer expectations and comply with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, verify purchase‑order accuracy (pricing, specifications, terms) and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage the full order lifecycle in the ERP system, aligning delivery expectations with vendor availability.
• Respond to inquiries about order status and address customer order issues.
• Support quote activities according to defined strategies and quoting processes.
• Maintain control of the open backlog of orders from entry through production, delivery, and invoicing.
• Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations while collaborating with account managers, supply chain, integration facilities, RMA, and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or customer service, preferably in a product‑based industry.
• High level of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
