Sales Operations Associate

About the role

The Sales Operations Associate works within Arrow’s Customer Experience Team in Casablanca, handling daily operational tasks in a global environment. The position focuses on order processing, backlog management and cross‑functional collaboration to guarantee customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales and Operations Account Managers in daily activities.
• Process customer orders by verifying purchase‑order accuracy, pricing, specifications and terms, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage the full order lifecycle in the ERP system, aligning delivery expectations with vendor availability.
• Respond to inquiries about order status and address customer order issues.
• Maintain control of the open backlog of orders from entry through production, delivery and invoicing.
• Ensure service delivery meets established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with supply‑chain, integration facilities, RMA and other Arrow teams to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or customer service, preferably in a product‑based industry.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication efficiency, attention to detail, resilience under pressure, adaptability to fast‑changing tools, and proactive task prioritisation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
