Sales Operations Associate Manager

About the role

Arrow Global Components is seeking a Sales Operations Associate Manager to lead a team of Sales Operations Associates. You will ensure high‑quality, accurate, and efficient support for quoting and BSA management while driving process improvements across the sales function.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and manage the performance of the Sales Operations Associate team.
• Monitor team metrics, provide regular feedback and conduct annual appraisals.
• Prioritize tasks, ensure timely and high‑quality execution of daily activities.
• Lead process standardisation, change management and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support innovation, operational‑excellence projects and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Handle people‑management administrative duties and communicate with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• English proficiency at minimum C1 level (spoken and written).
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, order management or a similar operational environment.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive and innovative mindset.
• Supply‑chain or people‑management experience is a plus.
