About the role

The Sales Operations Manager will lead a sales‑driven business line within our Casablanca contact centre. Reporting to the Operations and Account Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue, conversion and productivity while coaching Team Leaders to achieve consistent results.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders to drive consistent sales performance.
  • Ensure teams meet and exceed revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
  • Monitor daily sales KPIs and implement corrective action plans when needed.
  • Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll validation, and attendance management.
  • Conduct performance reviews, sales calibrations, and quality monitoring sessions.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives in collaboration with HR and Training.
  • Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.
  • Implement sales strategies and process improvements to increase efficiency and results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Proven leadership experience in a sales‑driven contact‑center environment.
  • Strong coaching and performance‑management abilities.
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑performance setting.
  • Results‑oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
