Sales Representative (Arabic & English) – Rabat

About the role

Fortrade Ltd., a leading international fintech company, is expanding its presence in Morocco and is looking for bilingual Sales Representatives fluent in Arabic (Levantine, Gulf or Middle Eastern) and English to join the team in Rabat. This role is ideal for ambitious, confident individuals who enjoy communicating with clients and driving business growth in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with potential clients worldwide.
• Present the innovative online trading platform in a clear, compelling manner.
• Guide clients through the account‑opening process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed business targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (Levantine or Gulf accent) with confident spoken communication.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1‑C2), both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Based in Morocco, preferably in Rabat or nearby cities such as Temara, Salé, or Kenitra.
