Sales Representative (Education Services)

About the role

This full-time, on‑site position in Agadir involves engaging prospective learners and families, presenting Great Wall Education’s programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, conduct in‑person and phone consultations.
• Deliver program presentations and follow up to convert inquiries into registrations.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales system and collaborate with academic and administrative teams.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in local events, outreach campaigns, and school visits to promote the organization.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation and consultative selling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, confident presenting to individuals and small groups.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple inquiries and administrative tasks.
• Ability to work on‑site in Agadir, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Prior experience in sales, education services, or customer‑facing roles is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in relevant local languages and strong written and spoken English are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
