About the role
The company seeks a Sales Representative to drive endoscope sales across the French‑speaking African region, managing distributor relationships and expanding market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Forecast, plan and achieve individual sales targets while ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage and support distributors in the assigned region and explore new overseas markets.
- Represent the brand at professional fairs and exhibitions to increase product recognition.
- Submit activity reports, work plans and market analyses to management.
- Monitor competition, gather pricing and product information, and provide feedback to R&D.
- Resolve customer complaints and develop actionable solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biomedical, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of international sales experience, preferably in endoscopes or patient monitoring.
- Fluent in French and English with strong communication abilities.
- Proven capability in business expansion and account management.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the French‑Africa region.
