Sales Representative - PMLS

About the role

The Sales Representative – PMLS will drive growth of our anesthesia, critical‑care and surgical product portfolio across a defined territory in Francophone Africa. Reporting to the regional sales manager, you will develop and execute a business plan that aligns with both regional and national sales targets while building strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a territory business plan aligned with sales targets.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics and private groups.
• Establish and maintain relationships with biomedical engineers, department heads, procurement officers, hospital directors and clinical staff.
• Track and report sales performance using KPIs such as YTD growth, YoY completion rate, pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Travel frequently within the assigned region and be available for global travel when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, mechanical/electrical engineering, human science or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of international sales experience, preferably in patient monitoring, life‑support, anesthesia or surgical devices.
• Proven ability to expand business and manage key accounts.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Francophone Africa.
