Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Casablanca, representing StudyGuide Morocco to prospective students and their families. You will explain the company’s educational services, guide candidates through the enrollment process and help achieve the organisation’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and phone consultations with prospective students and families.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare and deliver presentations about StudyGuide Morocco’s offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and represent the brand at local events and fairs.
• Work closely with the wider team to meet sales targets, contribute to continuous improvement and provide feedback on market trends.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Proven customer‑service and sales experience, including lead conversion and pipeline management.
• Experience in training or coaching clients or team members is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable working on‑site in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English proficiency is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in basic office software such as spreadsheets, presentations and email.
