Sales Specialist

About the role

Join the sales team and manage the day‑to‑day commercial activities of a strategic wiring‑harness maker account. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager and cross‑functional teams in an international automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, prepare commercial offers and support business cases, including pricing and profitability analyses.
• Organise customer meetings, business reviews and account reporting, ensuring effective follow‑up of open actions.
• Contribute to account growth strategy by monitoring market trends, project pipelines, upcoming projects and localisation opportunities, and identifying new business potential and risks.
• Coordinate and follow up customer requests and operational issues with Quality, Logistics and other internal teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven B2B sales experience in the automotive or industrial sector.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic a plus.
