Sales Support – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level Sales Support position at DHL Global Forwarding in Morocco assists the sales team in implementing plans, improving profitability and retaining customers across a defined territory. You will work under supervision, aligning daily activities with the company’s business strategy and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales sub‑function plans and processes to drive growth and profitability.
• Execute repetitive tasks related to sales, marketing, advertising, pricing and distribution plans.
• Reconcile sales, revenue and cost data against forecasts to spot discrepancies.
• Identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Effectiveness team.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to help shape solutions.
• Provide administrative assistance for sales tools and processes to ensure sales force effectiveness.

Required profile

• Vocational, specialized or technical education (certificate level).
• Less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures.
