Sales Team Lead – Francophone Africa (Medical Devices)

About the role

The Sales Team Lead will drive growth for a leading medical‑device company across Francophone Africa, operating from Morocco. You will manage distributor relationships, identify new business opportunities and ensure regional revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors throughout Francophone Africa.
• Drive sales growth and achieve regional revenue targets.
• Identify, secure and nurture new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Design and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and business development plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling medical equipment.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written and reading).
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Morocco.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (intermediate to advanced).
