Salesforce CRM Developer

About the role

The Salesforce CRM Developer will design, develop and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that support multiple business units across regions. You will work in a fast‑paced, global environment, collaborating with product owners, analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components and Flows.
• Partner with product owners and business analysts to analyse requirements and produce scalable technical designs.
• Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, data models and deployment procedures.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging and performance tuning to ensure reliability.
• Identify, analyse and resolve complex application issues, providing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of progressive Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
• Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via SOAP/REST.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, relational database design and Salesforce security architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 2 + years of Lightning Web Components development.
• Practical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills and preferably Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Administrator certifications.
