About the role
Stellantis is seeking a Scrum Master to support micromobility product development for the Middle East and Africa region. You will coordinate cross‑functional contributors and drive Agile adoption from concept through market launch.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure adoption and adherence to the Scrum framework across R&D activities.
- Facilitate team collaboration, self‑organisation and removal of impediments.
- Define resources, lead Agile ceremonies and monitor sprint progress.
- Report on deliverables, maintain dashboards and document lessons learned.
- Support stakeholders in understanding project objectives and applying Agile methods.
- Escalate issues when necessary and integrate economic considerations into the process.
Required profile
- Strong team‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in project planning, risk management and autonomous leadership.
- Detail‑oriented, structured approach with the ability to prioritize work.
- Commitment to diversity and a collaborative team spirit.
