Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Team Lead

About the role

Cypher is seeking an English‑speaking Senior Accountant to join its dynamic team of entrepreneurs. You will drive financial reporting and analysis for a diverse client portfolio, supervise a small accounting team, and help shape the company’s financial products and growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and best accounting practices.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Manage and mentor a team of entry‑level accountants, fostering their development and optimizing workflow efficiency.
• Design and improve accounting processes using tools such as SAP, XERO, QuickBooks, and CRM systems.
• Contribute ideas and strategies that enhance the company’s financial products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred; audit experience is a plus.
• 3–6 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in a Big Four environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership ability to guide and develop a small team.
• Fluent English for internal and client communication.
