Senior AD Simulation Software Developer

About the role

Stellantis is looking for a Senior AD Simulation Software Developer to join its Autonomous Driving software team. You will design, implement and maintain scalable code for a SiL platform that validates the company’s L2 and L3 autonomous driving stack through massive simulation campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and deploy clean, high‑performance C++ and Python code for on‑premise and cloud‑based simulation environments.
• Orchestrate large‑scale simulation runs to test billions of kilometers of autonomous driving scenarios.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance to junior team members and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure simulation fidelity and reliability.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Strong command of data structures, algorithms and software design principles.
• Experience with automotive software quality standards such as MISRA and SPICE.
• Proficiency in Linux, Git/GitHub and agile development practices.
