Senior AI Software Engineer – Data Analytics (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a senior AI software engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered data products and analytical applications for internal teams and global clients. The role blends data‑science, LLM/RAG development and full‑stack engineering in a hybrid workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI‑powered analytical solutions, data products and intelligent applications.
• Translate business requirements into data‑science approaches, LLM workflows and scalable technical solutions.
• Own the architecture of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document processing, vectorization and semantic search.
• Develop and productionize machine‑learning, LLM and generative‑AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain.
• Design, implement and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations to connect AI models with external tools and APIs.
• Build production‑grade AI and data applications using Python, FastAPI and modern front‑end frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).
• Support containerisation and cloud deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Artifact Registry) and create CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, define standards and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in data science, AI development or applied machine learning, delivering production‑grade AI products.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Solid full‑stack background with backend (FastAPI) and front‑end (React, Next.js or Vue) development.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, generative‑AI workflows and tools such as OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, MLOps/LLMOps practices and monitoring of LLM systems.
