Senior APN Network Manager – Casablanca

About the role

Western Union is looking for an experienced Senior APN Network Manager to lead its Account Payment Network (APN) partnerships in Casablanca. You will own the end‑to‑end relationship with regional banks, wallets and card providers, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements and product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of regional APN partners, conducting regular service reviews and updating SLAs.
• Monitor KPIs and OKRs, driving operational excellence and escalating issues to resolution.
• Identify and present business development opportunities to senior leadership.
• Build and nurture executive‑level relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate strategic partnerships to enhance network resilience, currency coverage and product development.
• Stay current on global payment trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, product and technology teams to close governance gaps and ensure audit readiness.
• Review contractual agreements with legal and compliance to guarantee regulatory adherence.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of partnership‑management experience in financial services, preferably payments.
• 5+ years of team‑management experience.
• Proven ability to build executive‑level relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong project planning, coordination and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a solid technological background and understanding of business processes.
