Senior Associate – Quality Assurance

About the role

Otis is seeking a Senior Associate in Quality Assurance to lead and enhance its quality management systems at the Casablanca site. You will be responsible for implementing ISO standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring product and process compliance across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001:2015 certification and maintain ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 compliance.
• Develop and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and real‑time dashboards.
• Conduct supplier audits, vendor qualification, and manage supplier quality performance.
• Perform risk assessments, FMEA, and corrective‑action implementation for customer complaints.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, SPC, and other continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory audits and product certification processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Quality Management.
• Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing, preferably in elevator or similar heavy‑industry sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan industrial regulations and international standards.
• Fluent in Arabic, professional proficiency in French and English.

Required skills

• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Lean Manufacturing certification.
• Proficiency with SAP QM, Minitab, JMP, Microsoft Office and project‑management tools.
• Experience with statistical analysis, data visualization, and database reporting.
