Senior Business Central Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior Business Central Functional Consultant to join our global managed services team in Morocco. The role combines deep functional expertise with a consultative mindset, helping clients optimise their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments while delivering high‑quality support and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end functional consulting across the managed services lifecycle, including incident resolution, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Deliver change requests, system enhancements, and advisory engagements for Business Central clients.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, solution reviews, process‑improvement discussions and user‑acceptance testing activities.
• Analyse business processes, recommend practical solutions aligned with client objectives, platform capabilities and best practices.
• Scope, estimate and support the delivery of functional change requests and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Produce high‑quality functional documentation such as business requirements, functional design documents, test scripts and knowledge‑base articles.
• Leverage AI‑assisted delivery tools and proprietary accelerators to improve efficiency, quality and client outcomes.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused professional with strong consultative and communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering functional consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Ability to work across multiple client accounts, balancing support, advisory and enhancement activities.
• Comfortable with a hybrid working model (2–3 days onsite per week) and full‑time permanent employment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
