Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

PSA BDP is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth across its global logistics and freight forwarding services. You will act as the primary contact for clients, building and managing a portfolio of accounts through prospecting, networking and referrals while delivering top‑tier service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
• Deliver sales presentations, proposals and related documentation.
• Produce accurate sales KPI reports, schedules, incentives and performance alerts.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to assess shipping needs and gather feedback.
• Follow up on client referrals and nurture relationships.
• Achieve or exceed all performance goals.
• Uphold the BDP “Experience” vision in every interaction.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• Charismatic, confident personality with strong work ethic.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience; freight forwarding knowledge is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with sound decision‑making skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
