Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Join Joveo, a true AI-first company, as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer. You will play a critical role in designing and building the analytical infrastructure that powers real-time decision-making for the world's largest employers through machine learning and predictive analytics.

Main Missions

• Design and develop semantic data models, data marts, and dimensional schemas to ensure a robust data architecture.
• Create, maintain, and optimize high-impact BI dashboards and reports using industry-leading tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to streamline the flow of data into the reporting layer.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and strict governance across all reporting interfaces.
• Document data definitions, metric logic, and user guides to promote a data-driven culture.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in building scalable BI solutions and data modeling.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical data engineering and business intelligence needs.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and governance.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency and expertise in data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Proficiency with dbt or similar transformation tools within a modern data stack.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
• Solid understanding of data governance and ETL/ELT processes.
