Senior Buyer – Export & Ecosystem Development

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead export and ecosystem development initiatives across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. You will be responsible for expanding the supplier base, driving export growth, and shaping the micromobility purchasing strategy within a global automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and qualify a MEA supplier panel in line with Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) standards.
• Lead supplier qualification processes, including RFIs and approvals through the Strategic Functional Group.
• Identify and secure sourcing opportunities to increase APV exports from the MEA region.
• Contribute to micromobility commodity strategy and export sourcing plans for new programs.
• Conduct competitiveness analyses, benchmark studies, and should‑cost assessments.
• Define and implement action plans to improve supplier competitiveness.
• Provide regular KPI reporting, risk assessments, and decision support to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or buying, preferably within automotive or micromobility sectors.
• Strong understanding of supplier qualification, QCDP criteria, and export sourcing processes.
• Ability to conduct RFIs, benchmark analyses, and develop cost‑reduction strategies.
• Excellent reporting skills and capability to work with cross‑functional internal teams.
