Senior Campaign Specialist – EU Communication Outreach

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Campaign Specialist to support DG MENA in delivering strategic communication campaigns that promote EU policies across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf. The role is short‑term, on‑demand and will run for up to 36 months, providing both strategic and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated multi‑channel communication campaigns.
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging frameworks and detailed communication plans.
• Coordinate activities across digital, social media, press and offline channels.
• Identify target audiences and recommend outreach and engagement strategies.
• Support the production of communication materials and campaign content.
• Monitor performance, prepare analytical reports and offer recommendations.
• Collaborate with communication teams, creative agencies, media partners and external stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with DG MENA’s communication objectives and EU visibility guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication or advertising.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 5 years of general experience in communication/marketing.
• At least 3 years of specific experience designing and implementing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience with EU‑funded or public‑sector campaigns is an asset.
