Position: Senior CloudOps Engineer (CDI). The role is based in Rabat and requires on‑site presence. The engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining scalable, automated, and well‑documented cloud and on‑premises environments. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, sizing, and securing client infrastructure across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Implementing automation, monitoring, and observability solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conducting technical audits, preparing migration plans, and leading large‑scale migrations for multi‑technology environments.
• Managing multi‑site, multi‑client, and multi‑platform environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Providing incident escalation support and acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Leading and coordinating the engineering team, including shift planning, shift coordination, and skill development.
• Continuously improving services, updating procedures, and maintaining technical documentation.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC +5) in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud platform administration (public, private, and hybrid).
• Proven expertise in migrating to public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with databases (Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL such as MongoDB).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, PowerShell, Java) and Agile development methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and orchestration platforms (Apache CloudStack, OpenStack).
• Containerization skills (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, ELK).
• Observability expertise (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
