Senior Commercial Analyst – Data & Strategy

About the role

Glovo is looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join its Casablanca headquarters. You will be instrumental in shaping the commercial strategy for Glovo Morocco, using data to unlock growth and improve partner performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Partner Ads & Promotions strategy, building sales pipelines and conversion funnels.
• Consolidate, optimise and maintain reporting tools to track KPIs and partner investments.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
• Support commercial projects such as business planning, partner P&L analysis, account‑manager portfolio management and target setting.
• Create playbooks for new Ads products to maximise relevance and conversion across advertiser segments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to foster a supportive, growth‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Keen interest in technology, platform businesses and last‑mile logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or a fast‑paced analytical role.
• Proven ability to structure and solve complex problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Track record of delivering practical recommendations and turning them into results.
• Strong prioritisation skills and capability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
