Senior Consultant - Digital Transformation (AI & Automation)

About the role

Allianz Services, part of Allianz Group, is hiring a Senior Consultant for Digital Transformation (AI & Automation). You will partner with business stakeholders to identify, design and implement digital transformation initiatives focused on process automation, operational excellence and artificial intelligence. You will work within the business services team, supporting Allianz entities from opportunity assessment and use case definition to solution adoption and value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and turn operational challenges into digital, AI and automation solutions.
• Assess, prioritize and develop use cases that improve productivity, customer experience and operational performance.
• Manage transformation projects end-to-end, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, governance, implementation and benefits tracking.
• Drive change management, awareness and adoption so new solutions deliver long-term value.
• Work with business, technology and external partners across international and cross-functional settings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, innovation, process improvement, automation or related fields.
• Proven track record leading business transformation projects from ideation through implementation and adoption.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with digital productivity, automation or low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot or similar solutions.
• A genuine interest in IT and Generative AI is welcomed as a valuable asset.
