Senior Copywriter – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to join NarOcta’s fast‑paced content and marketing team in Fez. The ideal candidate lives and breathes language, understands audience psychology, and can craft hooks, captions and long‑form articles that capture attention and drive conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑performing hooks for short‑form social media across diverse client accounts.
• Create and edit captions that reflect each client’s unique voice and personal brand.
• Produce SEO‑optimized blog articles that are strategically structured and engaging.
• Review and polish all outgoing written content, correcting grammar, spelling, structure and clarity before delivery.
• Develop internal libraries of hooks, caption frameworks, and copywriting templates for team use.
• Collaborate with social media managers, strategists and creative teams to elevate overall content quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional copywriting experience with a strong portfolio.
• Near‑native fluency in written English and exceptional attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of audience psychology, engagement metrics and digital content performance.
• Proven ability to adapt tone and voice for different brands and industries.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a rapid, creative environment.
