Senior Data Analyst – Power Apps

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst – Power Apps will own the end‑to‑end data lifecycle, turning raw information into actionable insights that drive programme strategy and decision‑making. Working closely with the Deployment Lead and Programme Manager, you will ensure that critical metrics and KPIs are captured, analysed and presented to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Programme Lead, Deployment Lead and Automation Lead to understand analytical needs and define critical metrics.
• Gather, clean and integrate data from multiple sources, building scalable scripts and databases.
• Identify patterns, trends and anomalies to support strategic decisions.
• Produce and maintain regular reports, dashboards and weekly executive read‑outs.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data queries from internal teams and external business leads.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, including extended stays of up to four weeks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management or analytics.
• Proven ability to influence and lead stakeholders, preferably in a global, multi‑location environment.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with an analytical mindset and understanding of financial impacts.
