Senior Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures. The role supports data‑driven initiatives by ensuring data quality, availability, and reliability across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT processes)
• Build and optimize data architectures and data models for analytics and reporting
• Collect, process, and transform large datasets from multiple sources
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver actionable insights
• Monitor and improve pipeline performance and troubleshoot data issues
• Implement and manage data storage solutions (data lakes, data warehouses)
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for data engineering solutions

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or equivalent programming language
• Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and database design
• Familiarity with APIs and data integration techniques
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
