Senior Data Engineer - Morocco

About the role

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be a key member of our data team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure and pipelines that drive our data‑driven decision‑making processes. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and accessibility across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Focus on data deliverables for Business and Studio as a Data Engineer.
• Design and build data models to support Data Science, Business Intelligence, and downstream datasets.
• Develop APIs and data products to integrate data throughout systems and processes.
• Monitor data pipelines, report issues to leadership and partners.
• Work closely with business partners and developers to document and agree on requirements.
• Partner with developers and leadership to coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑team efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer in a fast‑paced environment.
• Expertise in SQL and SQL‑like query languages.
• Deep expertise in Python and experience organizing Python‑based projects.
• Extensive experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Strong background in ETL and ELT processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Solid understanding of data modeling methodologies (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault).
