Senior Engineer – NVIDIA Cloud Partner Operations

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Engineer to drive Day‑2 operational readiness for NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCP). You will work closely with partner engineering and operations teams to ensure large‑scale, accelerated infrastructure runs reliably in production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead NCP Day‑2 operational readiness, defining procedures, automation, and operational methods.
• Build continuous validation pipelines for GPU, CPU, storage and network health across AI clusters.
• Establish observability, telemetry, monitoring, alerting and dashboards for compute, GPU, InfiniBand/RoCE, storage, Kubernetes and AI workloads.
• Develop automated detection, isolation, repair and validation workflows to minimize disruption.
• Implement scalable fleet lifecycle management, including driver/firmware updates, OS patching and configuration drift detection.
• Translate NVIDIA reference architectures into production runbooks, automation and measurable standards.
• Define health signals, SLOs, metrics and acceptance criteria for infrastructure reliability.
• Create reusable operational frameworks, tooling, guides and playbooks.

Required profile

• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems and production operations.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑scale GPU‑accelerated environments.
• Passion for enabling partners to operate NVIDIA workloads at scale.
• Senior‑level technical expertise and ability to work independently.
