Novancy Consulting, a leading staffing and recruitment firm specializing in Information Systems and Digital Transformation, is seeking a Senior Office Manager – Executive Assistant to join its Casablanca office. The role is a full‑time CDI with hybrid working conditions, combining on‑site presence with remote collaboration. As the central point of communication, you will support the CEO directly, orchestrate executive‑level correspondence, and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the executive suite.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executive support: drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring seamless communication between the CEO and internal teams.
- Administrative leadership: overseeing office logistics, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Payroll and compliance: managing payroll processing, social and fiscal compliance, and liaising with external partners for tax and labor matters.
- HR management: leading recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring for the executive and support staff.
- Financial oversight: coordinating invoicing, expense approvals, and reporting to the Finance department.
- Strategic partnership coordination: maintaining relationships with local and international partners, consultants, and delivery directors.
- Reporting: preparing periodic performance and compliance reports for senior management.
Profile required:
- Minimum 10 years of senior experience in a similar high‑level office management or executive assistant role.
- At least 2 years of experience in a accounting or fiduciary firm (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel, and familiarity with Odoo ERP.
- Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated reliability, availability, rigor, and natural leadership with exceptional relational skills.
- Experience in the IT, consulting, or recruitment sectors is highly valued.
