Senior Finance Manager – Manufacturing & Operations

About the role

TE is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead operational and supply‑chain finance for its global manufacturing footprint. You will partner with regional finance leads and plant managers to ensure compliance, drive performance, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of operational and supply‑chain finance for manufacturing plants worldwide.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the Operations Finance team.
• Track, report, and act on KPI performance, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Consolidate monthly operational financial data, reconcile, analyse, and provide improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prepare supplemental financial information for monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
• Coordinate annual cost roll‑outs, communicate impacts, and support strategic projects such as footprint migration, capacity analysis, automation, and capital investments.
• Ensure SOX compliance, uphold policy standards, and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, accounting or business management; professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and controlling experience, including manufacturing finance, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience building high‑performing teams and developing talent.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
