About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, energetic Senior Full-cycle Recruiter to join our healthcare recruitment agency. You will act as the bridge between healthcare clients—including care homes, nursing homes, and children’s residential services—and the professionals who keep them running.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term, high‑trust relationships with healthcare clients and candidates.
• Source, interview, and recruit high‑quality healthcare candidates to create a robust talent pipeline.
• Coordinate temporary staffing bookings and oversee shift allocations with speed and accuracy.
• Match candidates to opportunities based on skills, experience, and client culture.
• Manage candidate availability and strategic workforce planning to meet fluctuating demand.
• Oversee compliance and onboarding checks to ensure placements meet rigorous healthcare standards.
• Handle client and candidate queries professionally, ensuring superior service levels.
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems and contribute to performance targets.
• Drive business growth through proactive account management and relationship building.
