Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing features, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that help property managers scale their portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with property managers and internal teams to uncover friction points and define high‑impact problems.
• Design, develop, test and deploy full‑stack features from prototype to production, including APIs, dashboards and integrations.
• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive interfaces that simplify complex rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows that eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
• Integrate large language models and AI agents to automate guest communication, maintenance triage and pricing decisions.
• Develop and maintain reliable APIs with partners such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Monitor performance, gather user feedback and iterate to improve adoption, reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong experience shipping production software across both frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and how to measure its success.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes and collaborate directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency within the hospitality domain.
